This is the work of a further two section winners in “The Press” photographic competition, which had attracted more than 1000 entries by the time it closed on Wednesday. The over-all results, together with the names of the last of the section winners, will be announced on Monday. From Monday until Thursday, November 9. the 18 prize-winning prints and many others will be exhibited in the main office of “The Press.” Mrs Sue Tonkin, of Thomson Street, Tinwald, took the fourth-week prize in the life section with a charmingly natural study enhanced by back-lighting.
