Fluctuating pound
(S'.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON. Nov. 3. The pound fluctuated wildly on the foreign exchange markets this morning. First quotations in London put it about 5U52.3225 —a fall of more than 3 cents from last night. But no business was done at this rate and within minutes it had recovered 2 cents. Some dealers thought the Bank of England had entered the market in a modest way, because by mid-morning it was about $U52.3450, against $U52.3535 overnight.
