Scout contest at Darfield
Twenty-five scout teams, from as far afield as Waimate and Temuka, assembled in the Darfield Domain on Saturday to contest the “Fuller Fire Flag” —first aid and fire fighting competitions. Results:—
F uller Fire Flag Shield.—Darfield A 1, New Brighton 2, Sheffield 3, Darfield B 4.
Good-will Cup.—New Brighton
• Stokes Trophy (Ventures).— Lincoln 3 1, New Brighton 2, Geraldine 3, Rangiora 4. Thompson Shield (first aid).— Darfield A 1. Waimate 2. Southbridge 3 Temuka 4.
