A warning from afar
A Christchurch Rugby enthusiast received a letter yesterday from a business associate in Llanelli which suggested that the All Blacks will be in for a tough match. The letter stated: “Here Rugby is a national disease, and I have already been warned that our staff will be leaving by 10 a.m. when all businesses will be closing for the remainder of the day, including the giant steel company of Wales. “If the All Blacks suffer defeat I can see very little work going on the following day, because this is the one thing the Llanelli club wants to do—to have the honour of beating the tourists and they could do it with sheer grit and determination.”
