NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Christchurch City Council held on Monday, October 16, 1972. the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the next meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held on Monday, November 20, 1972, at 8 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 194 Manchester Street. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 170 and 189 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and all its amendments in that behalf enabling the Christchurch City Council, hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out land as public street the land described in the Schedule below:— SCHEDULE All those pieces of land situated within the City of Christchurch being:— 1.
