WELLINGTON, Oct. 29. The case on appeal by Arthur Allan Thomas, aged 32, a fanner, against his conviction last year for the murder at Pukekawa of David Henry Crewe and Jeanette Lenore Crewe has been filed in the Court of Appeal. It was filed on Friday on behalf of Thomas by his counsel, Mr K. Ryan. The Registrar of the court (Mr D. V. Jenkin) said that no application for a fixture for hearing the appeal had yet been made.
