A four-bedroom weatherboard bungalow on a 23.5perch section at 1 Roosevelt Avenue, St Albans, was passed in at $11,650 at auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $B7OO. The property is on the comer of Westminster Street. The auctioneer was Mr P. J. Cook, of W. E. Simes and Company, Ltd.
