N.S.W. stoppage
A mass meeting in Sydney of nearly 1000 Australian building tradesmen voted unanimously today to restrict to 24 hours the strike they began at midnight last night, but they rejected a package pay offer by the New South Wales Builders’ Association. More than 20,000 tradesmen throughout the state are affected/—Sydney, Sept. 26.
