MR R. W. STEELE, who has been appointed a director of Williamson-Edgley Theatres, Ltd, Melbourne, which runs the J. C. Williamson chain of theatres in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Steel is a director also of Cable Price Downer, Ltd, and Freightways Express, Ltd.
