SKILLED GENERAL HAND ELECTRICIAN This is a new position in the Works Staff for a Registered Electrician who is prepared to undertake general work other than electrical as may be required together with overtime on Ferry Terminal duties. FIVE SHIFT WORKERS These five new positions have been created to provide a 24hour 7-day a week staffing of the Ferry Terminal and security/ fire patrol of Board property and the waterfront generally. In broad terms the duties will be—the taking of ferry lines, the direction and control of people and vehicles, cleaning, gardening, general maintenance and painting, together with security and fire patrols at nights and at week-ends and holidays. It is essential that the appointees possess a pleasing personality and an ability to deal cheerfully and courteously with the public at all times.
