HONOURED FOR SERVICES TO MOTOR RACING.—The world champion racing driver, Jackie Stewart, with his wife, Helen, outside Buckingham Palace last week after he had received an O.B.E. from the Queen. Mr Stewart said that despite rumours of his retirement, he planned to take part in the six remaining world championship races this year.
