Government officials have declined comment on a “Ramparts” article which says United States intelligence can pinpoint the location of Soviet military and space craft and monitor every transatlantic telephone call, the Associated Press reported. The western White House in San Clemente, California, the Deoartment of Defence in Washington, and a spokesman for the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Maryland, would not resnond to the article entitled “U.S. Espionage: a Memoir.”
