A curly one
Long - haired youths standing on the embankment at Lancaster Park are worrying a Christchurch senior citizen. The man said in a letter to the Canterbury Rugby Union that he was fed up with going to the park early only to have a bunch of long-haired youths arrive later, stand in front of him and block his view.
He suggested that with big matches coming soon the C.R.F.U. either provide a special area for these youths or give them hairnets to wear.
The letter was received by the union’s management committee.
