Sydenham house passed in
A modernised two-bedroom house on a 14-perch section at 43 Burlington Street was passed in at auction on Tuesday. The Government valuation is $3OOO, and the highest bid was $6OOO. Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd, was the auctioneer.
