Business talks
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 18. More than 400 leading businessmen will attend a Pacific Basin Economic Council meeting in Wellington early next month. The president of the council in New Zealand (Mr R. C. MacDonald) said it would be the largest and most important conference of its type in New Zealand. Delegates would come from Australia, Japan, Canada, the United States and New Zealand, and there would also be representatives from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Vietnam, and South Korea.
