TWO HURT ON ROADS
A motor-cyclist, John Risdon, aged 19, of 41 Amyes Road, Hornby, suffered head and arm injuries when his machine and a bus collided in Waterloo Road, Hornby, about 12.45 p.m. yesterday. He was admitted to Christchurch Hospital, where his condition last evening was reported as satisfactory. A nine-year-old boy, Howard Thompson, of 9 Stiles Place, Burwood, was admitted to Christchurch Hospital with head injuries after his bicycle and a car collided in Gayhurst Road, Burwood, about 8.35 p.m. yesterday. His condition was reported to be satisfactory.
