in mile at Awapuni last Saturday. Highly promising but not well served by weight-for-age conditions. 6. Meanwhile has been beaten in mile at Ellerslie and welght-for-age Awapuni Gold Cup last Saturday. He had a heavy season but in peak form would undoubtedly be one to beat. J.
