Easter traffic
1 Demand for seats on National Airways aircraft i leaving Christchurch over the ; Easter holiday is not as high ; this year as last, according to an airline spokesman yes1 terday. He said, however, that with 10 days to go this 1 position could very well change. Up until yesterday 1 the airline had bookings to carry 7368 passengers away from the city between March 30 and April 4 inclusive. The busiest day will be March 30 when 1848 passengers will be carried, followed by Easter Monday (1783). During the five-day period N.A.C. will run 35 specials as well as normal scheduled services.
