A new thriller serial beginning on 8.8. C.-1 on Monday, will be the first 8.8. C. serial to be shown on four consecutive evenings each week. Called “Spy Trap,” it will be run from Monday to Thursday, the four episodes making up one complete story. After the initial three weeks, “Spy Trap” will revert to a normal twice-weekly format The series deals with coun-ter-espionage and the unmasking of enemy agents. “The stories involve glamorous female couriers, small-time mercenary spies, as well as powerful foreign operators and, most difficult of all to expose, double agents,” says the 8.8. C. Paul Daneman plays Commander Ryan, the Chief Interrogator, and Julian Glover plays Commander Anderson, the Chief Investigator.
