Chocolate ice
A central Milwaukee, Wisconsin, street was closed for most of the night and this morning because it was covered with a layer of chocolate icing and was dangerously slippery. The “frosting” built up when a two-inch vacuum pipe broke on the roof of a chocolate firm, spraying 22001 b of cocoa dust on to nearby buildings, streets and car parks, where it mixed with melting snow and ice.— Milwaukee, March 8.
