An opening partnership of 79 between D. Williams (50 not out) and C. Rhodes (34) ensured Christ’s College of gaining an outright win against Nelson College yesterday.
Needing 92 for victory, the Christ’s College opening pair soon gained the initiative and runs flowed freely and attractively. '

Tennis.—K. R. Rosewall defeated the South African, C. Drysdale, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4, to win the singles title of the Saga tennis classic at HoUywood, Florida.
