CHEQUE FOR LIFE-LINE. —A cheque for $lOO was yesterday presented to the director of Life-Line (the Rev. W. E. Falkingham) by Messrs R. 3. Coleman (left) and B. S. Woolford (middle), co-organisers of
an appeal held by the Springstem Methodist Church late last year. The sum of $2400 was raised. After retaining $2OOO for the church’s circuit fund, the organising committeeallocated $4OO to be
divided into $lOO cheques for distribution to LifeLine, the Princess Margaret Hospital Chapel Fund, the Templeton Hospital swimming pool, and the Methodist Children’s Home.
