INTERFLORA OFFICIALS
(N.Z. Press Association > ROTORUA, Feb. 15. For the first time in the history of the world interflora movement, women have been elected president and vice-president of an affiliate I to the world movement. Mrs Patricia Richan, of i Dunedin, and Mrs Gae Morley, from Auckland, were elected president and vicepresident, respectively, of the Interflora Pacific unit at the twentieth annual Interflora Conference which ended in Rotorua today. Mrs Richan has had a long , association with floristry, and has her own business in Dunedin.
Mrs Morley has been a florist for 25 years and has her own business in Auckland. Officers elected were: president, Mrs Richan; vice-presi-dent, Mrs Morley; committee, Messrs J. W. Anderson (Auckland), E. Bewsey (Christchurch), J. P. Berkhout (Lower Hutt), J. Blake (Auckland), B. G. Dyer (Gisborne), D. Philp (Wellington), Q. Gray (Christchurch), J. Hosman (Wellington), K. Chaing (Singapore), and A. Tse (Hong Kong).
