(N.Z. Press Association) I DUNEDIN, Dec. 22. Pollution by raw sewage : has occurred for the second ■ time in four weeks at St I Clair Beach, Dunedin. . Patches of brown scum were 1 seen floating on the surface ' of the water this morning. , The scum also covered i areas of sand near the | water’s edge, but according to St Clair’s paid surf patrolman, Mr V.
