Claudelands betting
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON. Betting at the Waikato Trotting Club’s meeting at Claude-* lands on Tuesday totalled $337,569, compared with $273,694.50 for the corresponding meeting last year. On-course investments were $84,498.50, up $6643. Off-course betting was $253,070.50. up $57,231.50. The jackpot, worth $633.50 was not struck and carries over to the second night next Tuesday.
