Dunedin traffic control change
(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, December 1. Dunedin today became the third of the major centres to change to Ministry of Transport traffic control. Negotiations on the transfer from city council traffic department control to the Ministry began in 1956. New uniforms with differ-
ent badges and buttons, and newly-painted cars with the Government insignia, were the only outward signs of the change
