Sir, —I can assure “New Zealander” that if a prospective murderer had as much trouble finding an all-night dispensary 'for a syringe and insulin as I once had when visiting a distant city, when my luggage had been put on a plane going in the opposite direction, he would find it easier to resort to a blunt instrument, as I felt like doing.—Yours, etc., DIABETIC.
