PUBLIC NOTICES WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL LAND FOR LEASE MARKET GARDENING AND GRAZING THE Council has an area of land available for lease in Grimseys Road, Papanui. Approximately five and one half acres of it are suitable for market gardening whilst the balance, approximately four and one half acres, is suitable for grazing purposes. The grazing land will be available either in one block, or will be fenced into smaller units of approximately one acre each, should demand warrant such action. Applications for lease on the following terms are invited:

THE term of the lease will be for TWO years, and the rental for the market gardening land will be $7O per acre plus rates, and for the grazing land $5O per acre plus rates.
