Rotary gives certificates
The annual presentation of honours roll certificates has been made by the Lyttelton Rotary Club to Peter Griffen (Governor’s Bay School), Tony Threadwell (Lyttelton Main School), Tim Priddy (Lyttelton West School), and Trevor van Herpt (St Joseph’s Convent). The certificates are presented annually by the club to senior boys in the club’s area who have exhibited qualities of leadership and community service during the year. Grant towards pool
Also n Monday evening, the president of the Lyttelton Rotary Club (Mr W. S. Burmaster) presented the chairman of the Lyttelton Swimtain W. V. Wood) with a ming Pool Committee (Capcheque for $5OO towards the propsed new pool.
