Youth Council president

WELLINGTON, Nov. 29.
Mr R. Wilson, aged 30, of Wellington, has been elected president of the National Youth Council for a two-year term and has pledged that he and his executive will work to make the council “an even stronger voice in youth affairs.”
Mr Wilson has also been chosen by the council to lead a New Zealand delegation to the world assembly of youth at Accra in Ghana next August.
He is an assistant national commissioner of the Scout Association and chairman of the Governor - General’s Young Adult Award Scheme.
