(N.Z.P.A. Stag Correspondent} LONDON, Nov. 28.
“Miss New Zealand,” Miss ; Linda Ritchie, will leave (Britain for home today, but ishe is disapopinted that she cannot stay to see more of ( Europe. Since competing in the “Miss World” contest in ■London two weeks ago, she has visited Scotland, Wales, (the Lake District of England, (and Ireland. But she will return to New ■Zealand without seeing anything of Continental .Europe or Scandinavia, and she said that she was determined to come back to Europe to see more. ( “It’s all been far too brief, -too rushed,” she said. “What I have seen in a month since
I first arrived in Britain has been extremely pleasant, and I’ve enjoyed myself greatly. I’ve got reels and reels of movie film of it all.” She performed one of her last official duties when she attended the New
Zealand stand at the big international building exhibition at Olympia. In New Zealand she has almost a full year of her “reign” to run, and many engagements to fulfil. Then she intends to resume her training as a hostess with Air New Zealand.
