Four New Zealanders will compete in the sixth international marathon race in Fukuoka on December 5. J. Foster is among the six overseas runners specially invited, and J. L. Julian, J. Robinson and T. Manners will make the trip at their own) expense. The other invited runners are J. Farrington (Australia), P. Rummakka (Finland), G. Roelants (Belgium), and F. Shorter and K. More (United States).
