J. Thompson injured
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. The veteran jockey, J. Thompson, was in a satisfactory condition in hospital yesterday after a heavy fall at Randwick on Saturday. Thompson, who is 49, is believed to have chest injuries.
