HEART WEEK

Heart Week will be held throughout NeW Zealand from September 27 to October 2. Taking part, will be Dr D. S. Frederickson, of Bethesda, Maryland, whose visit has been arranged by the National Heart Foundation.
Chief of the molecular disease branch of the National Heart and Lung Institute in Bethesda, Dr Frederickson will arrive In Auckland on Saturday. Before coming to Wellington, he will attend a meeting of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians at Wairakei, and also visit Invercargill, Te Anau, Mount Cook and Christchurch. On September 28, he will lecture to groups of doctors at the Wellington Hospital. A lecture at the Palmerston North Hospital is in his itinerary for September 29, and he will visit Massey University, Hamilton, and Auckland before leaving for Australia on October 3.
