FTC ASHLEY COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE is hereby given that the Ashley County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 7th day of October, 1971, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of $24,000 for the purpose of lending money to farmers under the Rural Housing Act, 1939. The security rate for the said loan shall be decimal zero bero : zero zero nine one cents (.000091c) in the dollar ($) on all rateable property within the boundaries of the County of Ashley. No rate will be levied or collected as all charges will be met by the borrower.
