With a smaller yarding than in recent weeks, values finned for most classes of fat stock at this week’s sale at Tlnwald . Some good-quality hoggets came forward and values rose up toJIOc a head. Best hoggets made Leading sales Included:— J. T. Armstrong, 30 hoggets at $7.30 to $7.50; J. C. Kennode, 7 at $7.05; R. D. Winchester, 30 at 87 to $8; P. 1. Young, 2f shorn at 86.15 to 86.90; Kennedy and Mackie, 60 shorn at 86 to 86.70; A. N. Watson, 37 at 87.70 to $8.55. Two-tooth ewes and wethers sold from $6 to $7.25. and fourtooth ewes to $6.50. Best adult I ewes sold from $4 to $4.50, medium to $3.80 and boners from $1.50 to $2.40. Store sheep In the store wether hogget section, only a few small lighter lots came forward, most of them consisting of small down cross woolly hoggets. These sold to $3.50.

In the ewe hogget section, some well-grown Romnevs, autumn shorn, brought $6.90, with poorer, lighter types bringing 55.20. Some good six and eight-tooth Romney ewes In lamb to down cross rams, made $5.70. A line of shorn Romney ewes, due to Border Leicester rams, sold from $5 to $5.15, and two pens of ewes and lambs sold from, $2.90 to $3 all counted.
