Mr G. Gibson, chairman of the New Zaland Farmers’ Cooperative Association of Canterbury, Ltd, intends to retire from the office of chairman of directors on January 31. He will remain a member, of the board. Tlie general manager (Mr R. H. Clark), who is a director of the company, will retire as
general manager on the same date, and succeed Mr Gibson as chairman of directors. Mr V. C. North, who for the last six years has been manager of the stock and station division, will become general manager on Mr Clark’s retirement. Mr R. Holland, area manager for Marlborough and Nelson, succeeds Mr North as manager of the Association’s stock and station division. Mr H. L. A. Morley, who is in charge of farm land sales in Canterbury, will become area manager for Marlborough and Nelson. All these changes will become effective oh February 1, 1972.
