Appointment for judge
(N.Z. Press Association) t WELLINGTON, Sept. 3. The appointment of Mr Justice Woodhouse as an additional judge of the Court of Appeal was announced yesterday by the Minister of Justice (Mr Riddiford). Mr Justice. Woodhouse will replace Mr Justice Haslam, who has completed a period as additional judge of the court. The appointment of addk tional judges has been made necessary by the absence of Mr Justice McCarthy, who has been engaged on his duties as chairman of the Royal Commission on Social I Security.
