Tile vehicles authorised to be used are two service coaches of the licensee’s fleet with a minimum seating capacity of 20 and holding a current certificate of fitness. 2. Passengers picked up shall be overseas passengers arriving by air at Rotorua in continuation of a predetermined tour already commenced at some other point in New Zealand and continued as a conducted tour at an inclusive price covering transport. 3. The continuation of such tours from Rotorua airport shall provide for at least one night’s stop at Rotorua, and either (a) Continuation of the tour to Auckland via Waitbmo and at least one night’s stop at Auckland before proceeding to Auckland international airport, or (b) at least one further night’s stop en route from Rotorua to Auckland and at least one night’s stop at Auckland as aforesaid. 4. The tours abovementioned shall cover places of scenic, educational, industrial or public interest (timetable as required). 5. All trip's shall be arranged by and be under the control of a recognised travel tourist agency. 6. The driver of each vehicle shall carry an itinerary of each trip, each such itinerary shall be issued by the organising tourist and travel agency and shall be produced for inspection on demand by an enforcement officer.
