Bomber Command

~ Sir, —I am writing a book about the R.A.F. Bomber Command raid on Nuremberg which took place on March 30-31, 1944, in which 96 British bombers were lost. I know that a large number of New Zealand aircrew took part in this raid. May I appeal to any of your readers who took part in this operation for their help? All they need to do at this stage is to write to me giving name, address, and their squadron of 1944. All letters will be answered.—Yours, etc., MARTIN MIDDLEBROOK 48 Linden Way, Boston, Lincs, England. July 14, 1971.
