PRESIDENT NIXON’S BROTHER.—Mr F. Donald Nixon, a businessman, being interviewed on his arrival at Sydney Airport this week. He said he would be in Sydney for about 10 days to explore the airline and hotel catering industry“not to represent my brother or the United States.” The United States consular office was surprised by his visit; alerted by the Australian authorities, it rushed staff to the airport to meet him. Mr Nixon, who is vice-president of the Marriot Corporation, said he was always careful not to make use of his brother’s influence.
