tN.Z. Frees Assn.—Copurtjht) LONDON, Sept. 1. The British Prime Minister (Mr Heath) seemed to have creases in everything but his trousers, a leading London fashion writer said yesterday. Lewis Orde, editor of the international men’s fashion magazine “Tailor and Cutter,” said that Conservative Prime Ministers—with the possible exception of Mr Heath—had tended to bring more sartorial dignity to the position than had their Labour counterparts. But in the latest issue of the magazine, Mr Orde said: “a daring dashing sailor he (Mr Heath) may be—but his suits nearly always have that lok of a live-in-a-bag travelling salesman.”
