PUBLIC NOTICES LEVELS COUNTY COUNCIL PURSUANT TO THE NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT, 1950, all occupiers of land in the Levels County are hereby required to clear the land of Nodding Thistle (Carduus nutans), before OCTOBER 31, 1971. And in respect of the aforesaid Nodding Thistle (Carduus nutans) it is declared that the clearing of all such plants from all property boundaries and road fronts for a depth of 5 chains shall be the minimum requirements to comply with this notice; save and except any land occupied and used for the purpose of lime works within the Levels County. Such land occupied and used for the purpose of lime works within the Levels County shall be cleared over its whole area of all such Nodding Thistle (Carduus nutans) by the said October 31, 1971.
