SAIGON, August 5.
The South Vietnamese Supreme Court has rejected the application of the Vice-President (Nguyen Cao Ky) to run for the Presidency in October.
The list of candidates Issued by the court contained only the names of the President (Nguyen van Thieu) and the former Head-of-State (General Duong van Minh).
