(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 5. The proceedings of the joint Parliamentary Select Committee on Drug Legislation were disrupted today, for the second successive day. The secretary of the New Zealand Medical Association (Dr E. Geiringer) was interrupted by the chairman (Sir Leslie Munro) who said he could not allow Dr Gelringer to read a passage he was about to come to in his submissions because it was “un-Parliamentary.” Dr Gelringer replied that he would not read "mutilated submissions.” “I am not a member of Parliament,” he said, at which Sir Leslie Munro asked him to leave the room, and adjourned the hearing until tomorrow morning. Yesterday, an Auckland man left the hearing after saying he wished to make a protest about its conduct
