U.S. servicemen seek change
American servicemen based i in Britain have handed a ’ petition of 250 signatories to 1 the United States Embassy in London, calling for revision of the free-speech amendment to their country’s Con-' stitution. The amendment would give the right of free speech to foreign-based servicemen, who are now prevented under the United States Code of Uniform Military Justice from protesting publicly against American Government policy.
