Mrs Court to have baby
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON. Australia's former Wimbledon champion, Mrs M. Court, is expecting her first baby next February, and is almost certain to retire from topclass tennis. Last year, Mrs Court became only the second woman player to complete the grand slam’ of the Australian, French, Wimbledon and United States championships in the same year. She lost her Wimbledon title last month when she was beaten in the final'by her young countrywoman. Miss E. Goolaaong. Her husband, Barry, said yesterday: "We are delighted. It’s already played one Wimbledon final; let’s hope it plays another some time in the future.”
