Writs decision reserved
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 4. Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Speight in the Supreme Court in Wellington yesterday afternoon after hearing an application by a medical practitioner, Miles Roger Wislang, for writs of certiorari against the Medical Practioners’ Disciplinary Committee and the Medical Council of New Zealand.
