FREIGHTS RAISED
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 4. The Northern Stegm Shit Company will follow other coastal lines in raising freight rates. The company will increase its rates between Onehunga and the South Island 10 per cent from August 16. It says that fuel and wages costs have led to the increase.
