Nun released from prison

(NX Prtts A«en.—Copyright) JERSEY CITY, Aug. 3. A Roman Catholic nun imprisoned for refusing to testify at a grand jury murder investigation, was freed yesterday after the murder case had been referred to a juvenile court.

Sister Margaret Murtha, aged 32, a Dominican nun at the St Bonice Convent, Jersey City, had been sentenced to an indefinite prison term for contempt after, refusing tp give evidence about* the death of Mr Harold Conroy, a public school worker.

Her release came when Judge James Rosen remanded to a juvenile court the case against a teen-ager, Louis Cevetello..

The nun told the police on the night ofConro?s death that one of her students had told her that he>had'quarrelled with Mr Conroy, and'had struck him.
